In this workshop, which builds upon what was presented in Part 1, you will have the opportunity to identify what is holding you back in your own personal and professional life, so you can affect real change. Together, we will use a 9 step process that will help you to get real with yourself about why you formed this destructive habit or behavior in the first place, why you want to improve in this area of your life and how you can stay on your chosen path when things get hard, as they most certainly will.
